Hi all,
We recently moved server and followed the instructions that relate to a server move.
Since then, although we can open mint on our side and Visits seem to be normal, all of the other stats show the most recent activites to be from last week.
Any ideas?
Based on the MySQL error message available using #Mint:Debug, it looks like when the database tables were copied over to the new server the id column of mint_visit lost it’s auto_increment property (this is a known feature/bug in newer versions of mysqldump). Check the comment in step 2 of the moving instructions.
