What font is required for the heading (ie, titles for every pane). I get ugly blocky bold fonts, and I’m sure that’s not how it’s supposed to look.

I believe it’s Lucida Grande…though I’ve been wrong before.
Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif. Sorry again, Shpigford ;)

Hmm, I seem to have the same problem. But I know for a fact that I have those fonts.
