Does the Mint track unique users on daily, weekly, monthly?

The first time a user visits s/he is unique from install, for that month, week, day and hour.
On his second (and subsequent) vists s/he is only unique for that specific time period.
So I could visit your site now and you’d see uniques in all your period break downs.
Then in an hours time i could visit again and I’d only increase the unique count for that hour.
Does that make sense?
