I installed 2.0 late last night around midnight. My pageviews are historically around 3X to 4X of unique visits.
So far today my uniques are nearly equal to my pageviews. When I look at my referral logs I can see that this shouldn’t be the case. http://tatteredfly.com/images/mint_pic.png
Anybody else seeing this? Ideas?
The root problem may have something to do with the fact that I see the IP as 0.0.0.0 for every visit in XXX Strong Mint.
The problem is solved wih the IP as 0.0.0.0. But I am still looking for a solution to my original problem. After 4 weeks of very small variation in the # of uniques, my # of uniques has shot up but the number of pageviews is up only slightly in Freshview after the updgrade to 2.0.

I have the same result. After installing 2.0, my pageviews are way down and my uniques are up.
Cardston you are having a problem with the Downloads Pepper.
Grant, you are having a problem with the Session Tracker Pepper.
In both instances these Pepper are sending whitespace to the browser before Mint can set a cookie. As a result every hit is being considered a unique visitor.
I will notify the developers, in the meantime you can solve the problem by removing the closing ?> at the bottom of any .php file in either Pepper’s directory.
