Google redirection pages, versus results pages, as referrers

Search keywords appear correctly in the Searches pane, but often they point to URLs like the following, which merely redirect me to the page to which the user was referred - not much use:

http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=7&ved=0CEwQFjAG&url=http%3A%2F%2Fjoshuagoodwin.com%2F&rct=j&q=josh%20goodwin%20agent&ei=tSs1TbSbPMSclgfXqfGuCw&usg=AFQjCNGqGBDdUVtpp5wh7S28J3vSLojVHg&sig2=efwX8hf5kIpv1WpyvJC46w

Do other people notice this? These seem to be more common than the traditional, useful, google.com/search? URLs. Yes, it looks like something here is amiss on Google’s end, but could something at least be done to magically convert these into approximations of what the actual results page’s URL would have been, I wonder?

(I suppose this might be connected to Google Instant.)

Yeah… I am having the same trouble. Looks like no one has an answer to this. Your post is very old.
