I´ve recently started to get referrers from urls like this: http://google.com.ua/imgres?imgurl=http … nh=128&tbn
These hits also show as unique visits and it would be nice to block them. Can I block them with http://google.com.ua/imgres etc. in the referrers field in the preferences?
No, ignored referrers are currently based on domain name, not domains with paths. Unless I’m mistaken Google Images used to use a frameset instead of an iframe. I’ll see if there’s something I can do at the Pepper level.

I’m also seeing http://google.com/imgres?imgurl=* URLs in my feed.
These URLs along with the facebook.com/l.php?u=* URLs are quite annoying.

They seem to have changed their image search urls recently. I have the following in my ignore preferences to try and filter all the Google hits out.
