After updating to a new server and moving Mint over I’ve noticed that the stats are not updating any more.

I’ve verified:

• that the username and password connects correctly to the database.

• I can see through the logs that the website initially connects to the database and gets the mint config

• The script /mint?js is correctly inserting into each page

I’ve also updated to the latest version of the software and the peppers.

Is there anything else to check? I’m stumped as to why it’s not updating.

Fixed!

Systematically took all the peppers out and now it works just fine :)

Same thing happened here - I moved the site to a different server, kept the same domain, just a different IP address. The stats stopped updating.

I deinstalled the Locations and Locations+ peppers and it started working again.

Those are nice to have though - what can I do to make them work again?
