I changed my domain name recently. I updated my license and updated my preferences in Mint. However, when I click the update button, I get an error, “You are not licensed for (olddomain.com).” What’s wrong?

Have you visited yourdomain.com/mint/?moved yet? That tells your Mint installation to update its internal pointers so that checking for updates uses the new domain name.
I did that already. Thing is, I know the right e-mail address but when trying to reset password it’s just saying password sent. In fact I never received any password and I am trying hardly, checked spam and everything.
I assume the e-mail was in fact never sent. Please advise.
