Hi,

i have a question about the watches section of the pages window. There is no content in this section and i don’t know why.

We put the code in every page we want to watch but it doesn’t run.

Any idea???

Watched Pages are added manually using the Watch/Unwatch favelets (found in the Default Pepper’s Preferences) or the +/× links found in the other tabs of the Pages pane.

Hello First off thank you for such an elegant looking program. I’m much of a noob at this so please bear with me.

1st Question I followed the installer instructions (forgetting at first to paste links in the header right back to the mint folder). Once I figured out to use “http://yourdomain.com/mint/?js” instead of just “/mint/?js” things improved. My first question suggestion is wouldn’t it be better to make using the full URL the default instruction?

Secondly and in reference to this thread, am I right in thinking that unless I actively choose to watch a page as above, it’s stats won’t be recorded even though I have <script src="http://yourdomain.com/mint/?js" type="text/javascript"></script> in that page.

Thanks for your patience Nick-T

No, in the majority of cases the full url is unnecessary. It is only necessary if you are installing MInt on a separate domain or subdomain or if you want to track other subdomains from the primary domain.

No. Mint tracks any page you add the JavaScript include to. The Watched tab of the Pages pane is a subset of pages tracked by MInt that you selectively add to using the +/× links found in the other tabs of the Pages pane.
