Install date doesn't change after reinstalling

I installed Mint on Jan ‘10 and everything went fine. For some reasons I had to reinstall it, so I dropped the database, and repeated the process.

Now, I don’t know why but Mint keeps showing “Visits since Jan ‘10”, although I’ve just reinstalled it (so it should be “Visits since Jan ‘15”).

Checking the parameter “installDate” in the mint_config table it shows 1263566103, which is just a few minutes ago. Then, why does the Visits pane show “Visits since Jan ‘10”? Btw, I’ve already deleted the cache and tried with Firefox and Safari.

Thanks in advance.

I think the ‘10 refers to the year and not the date.

Try again next year and see :)

Oh my… You’re right. I don’t know what I was thinking about :S

Thanks for that ;)

It does in fact refer to the year. Mine reads “Apr ’05.”
