I’ve installed three peppers, but the install button isn’t showing up in the preferences panel. I installed them to the /mint/pepper/shauninman folder in the root directory.

Both the default and the backup/restore are showing up and working fine.

Thanks in advance. Using version 2.17

Check the file permissions of the class.php of the missing pepper.

Thanks. That doesn’t tell me much though. It’s sort of like telling someone who just got their license to recalibrate his catalytic converter.

The class.php file is maybe not readable by your webserver. To make it readable read this: haveamint.com/forum/troubleshooting/124 … mod_to_777

Thank you. I think I fixed that. Still no progress though.

Also, mint is picking up about 10% of what Google Analytics is picking up. (30 hits today reflected on GA, with Mint showing 3.)

I need some help. Is there anyone who provides this service for a fee? Otherwise I’m going to just have to bag it. It’s too frustrating and the developer is unresponsive.

@DCW in the future if you need quicker response, use the contact form. Please note that as the sole designer/developer/support person for a number of products even email requests may take one or two business (not weekend) days before a response. I reply to all support requests in the order they are received. Also the more information you can provide up front (like which three Pepper you are trying to install) the less back and forth and delays will be necessary.
