SQL problem

my server will apparently not allow access in to SQL database.. if this makes any sense then im sorta on the right track in understanding the problem here.. it says access denied but I dont think I inputed the db file with the right database name. Im not use what is wrong here. A company created my site, they have admin program and file management systems Im using, it may be that I need them to allow access for mint?

Badelmann, I’m no expert on SQL, but if you put the wrong values in your db.php file, that would certainly cause a problem. Do you mind giving us the URL to your Mint install? That would help. Also, try going to yourminteddomain.com\mint\?errors where by yourmintedddomain.com I mean the domain at which you’ve installed Mint.
