Alright so I know when i first installed mint it let me set it not to track that computer using cookies but I have multiple computers (different IP addresses) how can I go about getting that cookie on this new computer for its not tracked.

Just visit /mint/?ignore with every browser/computer you plan to use, that will set the cookie that tells Mint to ignore you. That info and more available in this FAQ.
