Has anyone experienced a situation where Mint is recording Visits but not much else? Other modules such as Referrers and Pages show no data despite the Visits counter getting updated. Using the WP-Mint plugin - that’s not the issue as the javascript is appearing in all of my pages.

Ari, nva.com only has the Mint JavaScript include in the /blog/ section.
On fb.com, data isn’t being recorded because of a MySQL error related to the User Agent 007 Pepper (a required column doesn’t exist). You should try uninstalling and reinstalling that Pepper. You also have two (!) Mint JavaScript includes (on the homepage at least, I didn’t check interior pages).
Neither of these apply to your problem Chris.
For reference of others: I had the same issue, in my case caused by the SERPs pepper that was erroring some where and caused no referrers to be stored.
