Totally blank stats page

Hi all,

I’m running 2.16 and have been since it came out.

Everything has been fine until now, suddenly, my stats page is totally blank. I mean it has the windows for everything, but there is no data at all.

It looks like this: http://astrobiology.nasa.gov/images/81.png

I just checked another browser and it seems to work.

The browser on which it doesn’t work:

Firefox 3.0pre/Vista

Browsers on which it still works:

Firefox 3.0pre/MacOSX

I tried clearing private data and cookies too, but so far no luck. I’m running the Minefield versions of Firefox on all my computers but only the Vista one has problems.

Should I ignore due to the pre-release nature of my browser? Or is this a known issue with a fix?

thanks, Shige

Is firefox displaying any JavaScript errors?

I am getting the same problem in ff3 rc1 (was also in b5)

Firebug isn’t giving me an error, but the calls that pull the stats seem to be not finding their place in the DOM.

They are returning information, it’s just not making it to the page.

The request is coming from si-object-mint.js (line 676)

I can’t duplicate this problem (Mint runs fine in all versions of Firefox). Do you have any extensions installed in the Vista Firefox? Greasemonkey perhaps? Something that might be interfering?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I’m using os x w/ ff rc 1, and the only extension I have installed at the moment is firebug.

For me all my OS X Firefox (Minefield) installs work. It’s only that one Vista Minefield.

I have Firebug, the new Delicious addon, Nightly Tester Tools, Pearl Crescent Page Saver Basic, ColorZilla

I would start by uninstalling/disabling those extensions until you identify the culprit.

Well, I’m able to suggest a possible culprit: the latest Firebug alpha. Version 1.2.0a27X blanks the stats in exactly the same way you posted, and disabling the extension reinstates them. (This is observed on Mac OS X, with Fx3 rc1.)

Firebug Alpha seems to be the problem… Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. SeaGraph.ca/tools/mint

take a look. I have no date showing everything is at ZERO but it does track my outbound clicks….

Any ideas? Shaun?

I tried Firefox 3 Beta, IE7 … IE8 Beta… and event Safari … of course all on Windows Vista. I’m also on the GS from MediaTemple.

ohhh and it doesn’t track referers…. I added my script

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ahhh… I see! Locations or Locations+ was the culprit. I removed both. Then added Locations+ and thats the one who’s giving me the headache.

Did you enable shared memory support?

I did. And it jams my stats. I just removed it and everything is A ok.
