I am sure this has come up but I had no luck finding old posts.

I updated to 2.15 and ever since I am not getting any data. The old data only shows in the visits pane, everything else is empty.

Thanks for help.

Following some older posts I found I uninstalled all third party peppers and now have only the shauninman folder with backuprestore, default and outbound. i disabled all but the visits pepper. after half an hour still no visits even though we had lots of people on the site.

I tried to append the ?errors to my mint url but i am just landing on my index page.

Should I uninstall and reinstall? Can I load a backup I made with the backup pepper into the new installation?

Early versions of Mint 1 used a different path for the Mint JavaScript include. Please see /mint/?instructions for the updated path. This is mentioned in the required intermediate update step to Mint 1.2.

I don’t see any errors in your record debug output. Are you certain that you’re using the same tblPrefix as before in your /config/db.php?

actually this issue from a while back is still not closed and i had abandoned work on it for a while but would like to fix this now. while it seemed that mint was working, because visits and attention span received some data, all other peppers like user agent, trends, searches, pages (..) are still not receiving any data.

from my config

‘tblPrefix’ => ‘mint_’

and in my db

mint_outbound mint_visit mint__config
