I’m noticing the updates available notification is still showing even though all my Peppers are up to date. When visiting the site, it confirms that everything is fine. Any idea why this is occurring?

Hmm, not sure. I will look into this once I resolve the PayPal issue some people are experiencing.
Completely in love with this upgrade, the interface is awesome as the new site and forum design.

Can confirm after upgrading to Mint 2.0 I still receive ‘Update Available’ notices also.
My install is up to date as well and I do see that I still have updates available.

Same here, I just upgraded and both in Junior Mint and Mint itself, it displays ‘Update Available’.

I’m getting the same issue. I just installed 2.0 and the new Jr. Mint widget and both are saying there’s a new version.
Another “me too”… but it’s not that important I guess.
In the meantime: can anyone hand over the tissues? I’ve been drooling over my iBook for the last hour after the upgrade. This new Mint is F-R-E-S-H! Job well done, Shaun!
What’s strange is that I have two installations of Mint and it’s showing Updates Available on one but on the other. They’re on the same server though and have the same peppers installed… Very strange.
I have a couple of installs also giginger. One has the “Updates Available” image while another has “Update Available” (notice only a single update).
I am having the same issue. It says updates available on the Widget and on my Install but when I click on them it says everything is up to date.
I’m having problems as well on the widget end and the backend.
Btw, Shaun, I know you’ll read this, so I wanted to say what a great job you’ve done. I’m really impressed with it other than this small bug.
I noticed that on sites that I upgraded, it shows the “Updates Available” image but on sites that I installed a fresh copy of Mint 2, it doesn’t.
I have the same. I think Shpigford is correct. I updated to Mint 2.0 and have this issue, however my friends using fresh installs don’t seem to have it.
Could be coincidental, but you never know :P
I too upgraded from Mint 1.x and am experiencing the “Updates Available” problem.
i was an upgrade and also have the “updates available” icon showing for me.
Same for me and it seems slower that v1 by quite some margin.
