Linking from Other Domain

Hi

First il start by saying well done in making me part with my hard earned cash. The style and look of Mint and the way it collected stats was too easy to say forget it il stick with urchin.

Anyhow to the issue.

I am hosted with (MT) and have two domains, bloogrape.co.uk which is registered with the license system on haveamint.com and the other is hostpeep.com.

Now i know i can use this with other domains on the same system but how would i link this?

My first idea <script src="http://www.bloogrape.co.uk/mint/?js" type="text/javascript"></script>

And my second idea as it lives on the same server <script src="/domains/bloogrape.co.uk/html/mint/?js" type="text/javascript"></script>

The 2nd domain lives in /domains/hostpeep.com/html/

Once ive added this to the forum header (phpBB) do i need to include this in the Exclude Referrers list?

Is their also a way of removing the cookie from the hostpeep.com domain, IE. index.php?sid=SOME_RANDOM_LONG_COOKIE

Sorry if this is a long post an already answered else where.

I think you will need a second license for this, to quote the FAQ’s:-

“A license should be purchased for the domain Mint will be installed on. A license should be purchased for each instance of Mint installed to track an individual domain”

I just presumed it ment that if you brought another license it would cover the installation on two machines, domains, but i would like these stats included in the bloogrape.co.uk installed mint

It is not technically possible to track two different, non-mirrored domains with a single Mint installation.
