Mint Installed, No Stats Showing (after 10 hours)

I’m hosted at MediaTemple. I registered Mint today, and downloaded verison 2.12.

My site is jazzvioiln.com Mint is at jazzviolin.com/mint

This is all I see: [GIF image] jazzviolin.com/mint_screen.gif

I got no email from Mint, only a Paypal confirmation. I got my activation code by logging into the Mint Account center.

I followed the instructions closely:

  1. Edited the /mint/config/db.php to point to my Wordpress database and copied the user, server, pw, etc into this file.
  2. Moved the /mint/ directory to my site (jazzviolin.com/mint/)
  3. Added the JS tag to every page on my site (in the HEAD, after the TITLE)
  4. Added the JS tag to my header.php in Wordpress
  5. Ran the installation from the Mint web interface
  6. Waited 8 hours …. no stats.
  7. Unistalled Mint from the Preferences panel, reinstalled Mint.
  8. Waited 1 hour.
  9. Changed the db.php to point to a bogus database, got error message, confirming that Mint is accessing the corrent database (have since changed it back to the correct database).

No stats (see screenshot above). I read through the forums, nothing for this specific (or actually, general) problem. I Googled around for installation help search terms and didn’t find anything.

(In short, I tried to figure this out before posting!) Thanks for your help in advance. rt

Mint appears to be recording normally. What browser/version/os are you using to view Mint? Is JavaScript enabled?

Mac OSX 10.4.10 using Safari v2.0.4 (419.3) and Firefox 2.0.0.7, javascript is enabled.

Just out of curiosity, are Mint stats real-time, or near real-time? I would like to know how long I should wait before I try troubleshooting something else. (I have to say, though, I don’t know what else to try.)

Thanks.

Resolved: Even though I “uninstalled” Mint from the Preference panel before this, what fixed this problem was to 1) uninstlal, and 2) use an FTP client to delete the /mint directory, then upload it again. It looks awesome (Despite the delay getting it to work!) Thanks Shaun.
