Mint dropping the "www" in referral links?

I have an .htaccess file in the top-level directory on my site that rewrites incoming non-www URLs to have a www appended to them. However, in Mint, all of the URLs for my site shown in the Pages and Referrals section have the “www” dropped; they’re all http://mydomain.net instead of mydomain.net. No clue why this is happening. Anyone?

Go to preferences and uncheck “drop www and index…”

Thanks so much. It’s always the thing right under your nose that you fail to see, you know? Much appreciated.
