I’m finally taking a long look at Downloads, and I’m noticing that nothing’s been updating for about 2 1/2 weeks. I went through two updates of Mint and the peppers (including yours).
Is there anything that’s significantly changed? I’m unable to monitor a newer file that I uploaded [.zip file], and unfortunately, that file was probably downloaded thousands of times — yet I’ll have no stats on it.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

I figured-out what was going on. Appears to be working again.
Yeah, I guess the are no more bug in my Downloads Pepper.
The only issue with 2.12 is that the get two entries if you watch a file that has the same name like another file but a file size.
I’ll fix this issue later and I’ll remove the domain names from the file list in the preferences.
