grouping watched pages

We have a bunch of pages on our site with URLs that are constructed dynamically. I already have a method for knowing which of the individual pages are most viewed. What I would love to be able to see is the total of all pages that share a common URL up to a particular point. Here is the URL for one of these pages:

daytrotter.com/download/311/id=97=Bonni … ions_1.mp3

What I would like to be able to see is the combined stats for all URLs that start with

daytrotter.com/download/311

Is this possible now with any of the peppers?

Hi - Did you happen to find a solution to this? I’m interested in same. Thanks, Ben

To clarify:

I have a public page for each user w/ their username at the end: http://walkertracker.com/walker.php?ben http://walkertracker.com/walker.php?etc

But I’d only like to track http://walkertracker.com/walker.php (and not the usernames) as a single page (in order to track logged in vs. logged out usage on profile pages). Any ideas?

Additionally, those pages will start working w/ mod_rewrite soon http://walkertracker.com/ben

pulls from http://walkertracker.com/walker.php?ben

which is going to complicate things, I’d guess.

Thanks in advance for any advice, Ben

No, this isn’t possible.

We are trying to do something very similar, but with subdomains.

Each of our users has their own framework of dynamically generated pages that they view through their own subdomain. What we want to track is hits for jim.mysite.com/home, jake.mysite.com/home, etc.mysite.com/home as three actions on the same page, not actions on three different pages.

Is this possible with peppers currently available?
