Hi all,
I know that Mint can be configured to ignore visits from one computer but I access my web site from three computers (home, work, iPhone). Is there a way to tell mint to ignore not one but three machines ?

should have posted that in troubleshooting, my bad. Still any clue ?
Hi Erik, I have the same issue and it works fine. I access from up to 4 or 5 different computers and have several sites with Mint.
It ignores by setting a cookie, so you can ignore from an unlimited number of computers as long as they accept cookies. I haven’t had a problem with it.
That’s my observation.

Just visit your Mint Preferences on each machine you use and click “Ignore my visits” or visit /mint/?ignore directly from each machine (?ignore is a Mint query command).
I’m having problems with Mint always adding my repeat visits as a new unique user despite having ticked that box, having cookies enabled, and visited that URL. My client, whose site it is, is having the same problem. Currently there are not many daily visitors so it is easy to see this happening as we reload Mint whilst browsing the site.
Do you have any ideas as to why this could be?
Thanks, Dulcie
