so, I love the secret crushes pepper…but when looking at the details of the visitors in this pepper, the pages the user viewed show as “timed out” unless it’s a user whom is currently active on the site at which point is shows “viewing” or “27 secs”…
Why is it not storing the time and just converting it to “timed out”???

asking myself the same thing and would love to get an answer to that :)
Timed Out is shown when someone is one the page for a set period of time and has not left the page or done anything.
eg. i went to a page on your site. cicked around a bit and then went to lunch without closing my browser.
i forget what the actually timeout period is set to ( i believe its adjustable ) but that is what it is.
