How well does the Bird Feeder Pepper work? I’m looking specifically for a locally-hosted FeedBurner alternative. All I really want is an accurate estimate of how many subscribers I have, I don’t need any of FeedBurner’s other bells and whistles.
Is this what Bird Feeder does? Does it do it well? That’s what it seems like it is intended for, but I haven’t found a demo of it or any other documentation.
I made the transition from Feedburner for your exact reasons. I have had an issue where Netvibes accounts for 95% of my traffic but I believe Netvibes is providing the wrong info to Mint. I don’t care much about subscriber count but hopefully Netvibes will get their act together in the future.
