As you know, that Locations+ database has to be downloaded separately, because it is to big for Shaun’s Peppermill.
To stay up-to-date, you can subscribe to my mailing list or rss feed or you can check the “last updated” date periodically.

Is there an alternate download link for the database file? For some reason I keep on timing out at different points of the download and your server doesn’t seem to support file resuming.
