Is there a way to track author stats, even limited ones, in any of the existing peppers? Am I just missing it? I have a multi author wordpress blog….

No, Mint doesn’t offer any CMS specific features. Might be a good candidate for a third-party Pepper though.
I’d be all over it if someone made that third party pepper :)
