Feedburner pepper seems to be broken

I’m getting this error: Error: Feedburner Awareness API is not enabled. Log into Feedburner to enable it.

However, I can’t find anything about the ‘Awareness API’ in the google documentation for Feedburner, nor in the feedburner settings for my feed. The other feed I’m tracking works fine though. I can’t figure out why this would be the case.

I think that maybe the Awareness API setting was removed when Google bought Feedburner? I would think it’s always active now, but the pepper doesn’t seem to think so.

Sorry for not seeing this until now. Have you resolved this issue yet? If not, here are the directions to enable the Awareness API.

  1. Log in to Feedburner
  2. Click your feed name in the dashboard
  3. Click the Publicize tab
  4. In the list of services, click Awareness API
  5. Finally, click enable

Hope this helps!

This fixed it, thanks!
