Tracking of some subdomains stoped!

One of the domains that I run mint is the-petz.com. I also use 7 subdomains. In the beggining all of the subs were tracked ok by mint. Now only the main domain and two of the subdomains are tracked and the other (like http://cockatoo.the-petz.com) are not tracked at all! Any help? Thanks in advance!

Have you made any changes to your server configuration? Recently updated Mint? Added any new Pepper? Your sample subdomain appeared to track my hit.

The website is on Hostican. We only had add the trends pepper but we unistalled it and the problem kept occuring! On mint stats we do not see visits from http://cockatoo.the-petz.com. http://amazon.the-petz.com, but we see hits from http://blog.the-petz.com. Any thought for fixing it? Your hit appeared in the crush tab and refferal tab, but not in the page tab and it was also not counted!

Try installing the Debugger Pepper and email me the url of your debugger. I’ll take a look.

Sent you the mail with the url of the debugger!

The debugger pepper shows that 100% of our visits on petz.com are untrackable! I sent you the url of the debugger to check by yourself!

Don’t be alarmed by an initial 100% untrackable. If you only have one hit and that hit was untrackable, then you end up with 100%. You need to give it some time to collect some data. I will check it out in about 12-24 hours.
