Hi all, still waiting on a response to a support request or general question from this past weekend (July 13-16)? We just moved from Baltimore to Chattanooga. All of our belongings went missing for a day and some returned much worse for wear.
Comcast HSI was hooked up this afternoon. I will be responding to all emails and forum posts in the order they were received but it may take an additional day or two while we deal with insurance claims and climb out from under the rubble of a bumpy move.
