How do you use Mint?

I know most of us have made the upgrade to 2.0. Does anyone else feel that 2.0 should cost more? I did the upgrade having been a user since 1.0 and it was 19 bucks, what’s the full cost? same?

Anyway, I run a few sites and I use mint for my main one, I’m hoping to find some new blogs if people can list where they use mint and how it has helped them. I use google analytics, mint and my host has some backend stat counter that blows. anyway… post away

I have mint’s js file embedded all over the site i use it for everything. I love the incoming google search tool to show who’s searching for what. I also use the dashboard widget.

Full cost is 30$. That is enough in my opinion since it is one license per domain. I would have paid more if the license is for an unlimited number of domains.

I too use mint in connections with google analytics. Every stat-junky will know the problem of google analytics not being live.

I wonder how mint will perform after a week - the visit table already has 23MB after 16 hours of use.

Wow that’s rather large. I’ve already ordered i guess I’ll give it a shot. Thanks Absturz

Personally, I get almost zero traffic, which Mint kindly reminds me of every time I login, but that’s not why I use it.

I use Mint to see what how liberal I can get when it comes to coding and design. Since I only use it for my blog, the strictest cross-platform compatibility isn’t at the top of my list. Using Mint, I can see that about 75% of my traffic is on either Safari or Firefox, which means that I can spend less time finagling with CSS and more time writing, what I hope to be, interesting content. I can also see what window sizes I can get away with.

I can also see that half of my traffic is coming from a Mac, so they won’t mind a smug attitude. ;)

I know you can get all these stats from almost all of the other services out there, but none that I’ve found have been able to touch the “feel” of Mint. It’s almost as if 37signals were to release a stats package, just with much sexier divs.
