Launch Craziness

I’m working through some launch speed bumps at the moment. My priorities as they stand right now:

  • resolving update issues
  • resolving activation issues (these are case by case, usually for different reasons)
  • general questions (Pepper API or site related)

If you post falls under the fourth grouping and I don’t respond, give it a day before bumping it. Thanks for your patience everyone.

Done:

  • resolving payment issues

good luck with it :)

Did you end up switching to Rails for the Account Center?

Nope, its Shauns own homegrown PHP! =)

Thanks Sam

I’m amazed at how beautiful everything looks! the site, the designs and more! I’ve been a Mint user since August of 2005 and I just bought 2.0. This is the best upgrade in years and ITS AMAZING!

I just upgraded too! Wow thanks so much it is so nice!

As far as I remember the old account center was Rails.

Hey Shaun, I just wanted to tell you that Mint is THE most beautiful web app I’ve ever seen in my life.

Just wondered though, is there any way you can make a Mint Widget/Gadget for Vista’s SideBar? I’ll feature it on my site as well ;)

That’s like the only thing missing right now. Everything else is like utopia.

Thanks,

All best, Petar

The same question has ben posted in Pepper Development. Unfortunately, right now there’s nothing like that.

I used to use Mini Minty, a widget for Yahoo! Widgets Engine, but since it doesn’t work in Mint2, I’m afraid we’ll have to wait :(

Shaun, just so we can see where you’re at in your list of things to do. Did you resolve any of the above in your first post?

I’ve updated the list above. I’m working on a new list right now.
