	<description><![CDATA[<p><p>Boxcar Pepper sends Boxcar notifications when certain events occur.  It can be configured to notify you on a unique referral, a unique visitor, or a page view.</p>

<p>Boxcar Pepper requires a Boxcar account, which can be obtained from <a href="http://boxcar.io/">the Boxcar website</a>.
