Some odd formatting in this forum made my post look strange.

I have a site that can be gotten to with or without the www.

Mint is only showing referrers and searches for people who came in without the www. I have no idea why. Does, pray, anyone?

Like most people, I have a website accessible at both mysite.com and http://mysite.com. I just moved from to a new server. Mint is functioning fine, except it now will ONLY show referrals wherein the visitor ended up at http://mysite.com. (This is a small percentage of actual referrals.) Any ideas?

The same problem is happening for searches, by the way. Everything else — outbound, pages, overall stats, &c. — work fine.

I have exactly the same problem, are there any solutions? (seeing usernames only when crush is set to Name)

Click the “All Versions” link on any download page in the Peppermill for a list of previous versions (with download links) and release notes (which often include version requirements).

having an issue with pages tab

I put this “script src=”/mint/?js” type=”text/javascript” (greater than/less than signs omitted) as the last thing in my header section of my template (which is on every page) but when someone comes to the page and browses through, it’s not showing the page they are viewing, just the homepage. What am I doing wrong?

(on the script src, should I put in the full path instead?).

Oh my site is running on Expression Engine if that makes any difference.

I tried pretty much every combination included the one TehBin suggested. Nothing works, and I check my IP wasn’t included in Mint’s no-fly list so that’s not the problem.

When you check the source code for any page on PHPBB3, other javascripts are loaded which are inside the template directory of phpbb, but the Mint code doesn’t show up at all. I tried with the default path, an absolute one, nothing.

I’m puzzled, and a little frustrated (by phpbb, not Mint).

can i get a stale mint?

I downlaoded and used mint a couple years ago on a site I had, no longer use that site anymore and now transfered my license and want to use it on that new domain, I downloaded 2.16 and upon installation is saying its not compatible with my license, Im assuming my license doesnt work for 2.16 or something? help please.

Nope. I can visit the original url in a browser and it still redirects to the new location so the redirect is either still in effect or cached at another level.

Alright. Now it’s really fixed. I guess I had the redirect set up in two places, and only removed it from the first. Thanks for all your help :)

Well I had configured ntpd on the server so I didn’t think the server time would be incorrect and stupidly didn’t bother to check… It seems that my xen vps settings changed to have its clock dependant to the host’s clock. echo 1 >| /proc/sys/xen/independent_wallclock fixed the problem and got ntpd working again….

Anyway thanks, and I’ll check more next time before asking stupid questions in the evening….

Yes. I can see everyone’s total licenses, ?observe and #Mint:Debug links for each licensed domain and a mailto: for the licensed email address in case the conversation needs to continue in private. It simplifies support a great deal. Here’s hoping my 100+ license customers never have a problem! ;)

It’s probably because your old /mint/ directory redirects to mint.n.be. The licensing server follows redirects so it looks like Mint hasn’t been uninstalled from its original location.

That’s odd. I set up a redirect initially, but once I got my embedded js changed I removed the redirect. Does the licensing server cache the results?
